Shit is Crazy....

He tells the NY Daily News:
"We had an episode that went all the way to the script phase in which Stewie does come out,” MacFarlane, the show’s creator, says in the September issue of Playboy magazine. “It had to do with the harassment he took from other kids at school. He ends up going back in time to prevent a passage in Leviticus from being written: ‘Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is an abomination.’
"But we decided it’s better to keep it vague, which makes more sense because he’s a 1-year-old. Ultimately, Stewie will be gay or a very unhappy repressed heterosexual. It also explains why he’s so hellbent on killing [his mother, Lois] and taking over the world: He has a lot of aggression, which comes from confusion and uncertainty about his orientation."

Normally, Drake makes headlines with his music, which has led him to become one of the most buzzed-about MCs in recent years.
But this week the Toronto rapper's unexpectedly candid comments about Universal Motown head Sylvia Rhone have further stirred blog fodder that began with his dismissive line about the executive on a track titled "Say What's Real," from his breakthrough mixtape So Far Gone.
In an interview with MTV News this week, Drake apologized to Rhone, saying his comments — both in the song and in a recent interview — were "emotionally charged" and "very brazen."
"I can definitely say for me, for furthering the negativity, I can definitely say I apologize," Drake told MTV News. "I don't know her personally to discredit her character. It's not the right thing to do."
The tension seemed to reach a high point between the parties this past week.
First, when Drake's comments in the upcoming issue of the Fader magazine got out, he reportedly said, "I don't f--- with Motown at all." Drake has maintained he signed a deal directly to his management company and secured distribution through Universal Republic, rather than signing with the major label directly.
However, on Thursday (August 13), Billboard suggested that Universal Motown execs have put their foot down and demanded that all work from Drake be stamped with the Motown logo.

Now this is a first. Harvard (yes, that Harvard) is launching a contemporary menswear line called Harvard Yard.
The university just signed a ten-year licensing deal with Wearwolf Group, a major clothing manufacturer.
The clothes won't say "Harvard University" on them or don the schools colors except in the fine details (think crimson buttonholes) as they aren't geared toward their own students, but a larger contemporary male demographic.
The line, which will range in price from $165 for pants to $495 for sport coats, was inspired by photos of students lounging in Harvard Yard in the '60s.
John Fowler, creative director for the line, says "it's a style that has become current again and not just with the American consumer. We think Harvard Yard will have global appeal."
This is all fine and well, but there is one lingering question… why???

I haven't been able to get this song out of my head all day."She said that she got simple taaaste" DA's Slice and a Cherry Coke!

We live in turbulent times. Everything seems to be changing rapidly. Family and friends are getting older and industry is crumbling. I guess all we are left with at the end of the day is doing what you love. I love ideas. Everything in the world that we see began in someone's mind. The creative process excites me because it's as if I am opening my mind up to a higher authority. The universe immediately becomes my playground and anything becomes possible. Ok, Ok.....I haven't learned how to move objects with my mind. Hopefully I can move many hearts and minds through my art. I think that would suffice.Welcome To The 86er's Social Club|Darren Anthony|>

Ballerstatus Reports:
Jay-Z did a little overseas press recently, addressing a few hot issues including rumors that he blocked Chris Brown from landing a Michael Jackson tribute and Game's recent disses.
In the interview, which will debut this weekend on Tim Westwood's BBC radio show, Jay denied rumors that he had Brown's scheduled Michael Jackson tribute at the BET Awards canceled.
"That's the silliest rumor I've ever heard," said the rapper/businessman. "First, let me categorically deny that. That's not even my style. If I got a problem with Chris Brown, I got a problem with Chris Brown. I haven't said anything -- I haven't said anything live, or behind the scenes. Whatever. I don't agree with what he did, and that's it."
"That's a sucker move, I wouldn't do it," Jay added.
The rapper did not have anything bad to say about Chris Brown as the interview continued in the short preview clip, saying "all of us are flawed human beings."
Westwood quickly moved on to other controversy, changing the topic to The Game, who Jay-Z mentioned in a freestyle during a recent show in Las Vegas, spawning numerous disses from the Compton rapper during his overseas tour.
Jay-Z pointed out that he spit the line: "I'm not talking about Game," asking how it could be a diss. Then, laughed it off before closing with "Tell groupie to get over it."
He also confirmed that the next single off his upcoming Blueprint 3 album would be "Run This Town," featuring Rihanna and Kanye West.

A young woman is claiming that Yung Berg assaulted her!Multiple reports are stating that:
a young woman named Chelsea Berry claimed she attended a party at the rapper's home in Woodland Hills, California on Wednesday (July 15) with a few of her friends.
During the party, she says her and Berg were "playing around" and threw her into the pool. When her friend decided to leave, she stayed behind to wait for her clothes to dry.
Shortly after, Berry says she became jealous when the tapper disappeared into a room with another woman, and tried to enter the room to see what was going on.
When she was prevented from entering the room, Berry says she screamed out several expletives directed at Berg, at which he became angry. He confronted her in the kitchen and proceeded to hit her.
"He struck [sic] me with the palm of his hand, like about three times. On my head, on my eye, and I was falling back like, 'What did I do? What did I do?,'" she woman told the website. "And that's when he told me to leave. Then [his friend] Sincere was like, 'Calm down, I'll give her a ride.' "
Then as she left, Berry says Berg jumped into the vehicle and said he was coming along, before telling the driver "We're not taking her home," and dropping her off somewhere in the hills.
The assault and aftermath left her with a black eye and stranded in the middle of no where.
Berry reportedly filed a police report last Thursday night (July 16). Further details were unclear at press time.
SMH at ALL parties involved.
